Where do You Stand?

Is the mind in effect thrown up by the brain?

Is it so easily defined?

Has the debate end with a clearly defined answer? Once again it appears to me be while we continue to search for clearer answers, we need to practice, common sense. What is common sense for Mind, Mental Health?

The definition offered by Silvia Helena Cardoso, PhD, virtually offers us a solution in which what is good for the brain is good for the mind and vice versa.

However, can thinking affect the brain, or even can the brain affect the thinking.
A disease of the brain can certainly affect thinking. Can thinking affect the brain and the body?

Before we move on, what is common sense practice when we come to mind/mental health?
